Trying to unlock digiland tablet. Pushing power and volume down button only takes a screen shot of the power off option can't scroll down or swip?

For the factory reset of your Digiland DL808W Tablet for windows 10, follow these steps:
Turn your Tablet off first.

1. Hold down the up volume button and power button together.
2. A menu in English should show up.
3. Choose the restore option.
4. Dead android with caution sign appears.
5. Hold down the up volume button and press and release power button.
6. Choose the factory reset option.

If you mean digiland
1 power off
2 hold power and volume up and down until screen turns on
3 scroll to 6th option
4 press power button
5 wait until tablet resets like the first time it was powered on

You need to fully charge the tablet and THEN do a factory reset. The hardest part is waiting.

i think you will have to do a hard reset to sort this out.
Just tap the Power button to select Reboot System Now.

1. Make sure tablet is powered off.
2. Hold down Volume + button and Power button at same time.
3. When screen comes on let go of Power button.
4. When the large Android shows on screen let go of Volume + button.
5. Use Volume - button to scroll to Wipe Data/ Factory Reset.

Many people say to push and hold down the Volume(+) and Power button at the same time. Push and hold for as long as twenty seconds until you see a green android with green text.

But, on some devices and some Android O/S versions it takes pushing and holding the Volume(-) and Power button and holding them both down for twenty seconds or so or until you see the green Android and text screen. This will show the Wipe Data/Factory reset option. Select this option by scrolling using the Volume(+) button and engage using the power button. Some devices give you a second screen with a list of *no no no no no* and one line of Factory Reset. Again, scroll to the Reset option using the Volume(+) option and select it using the power button.
