i was also facing this problem with my LG GS290
but it was in warranty period therefore i took my mobile to lg service center and
they told touch pad is defected therefor they replaced with the new one without any cost
so if you have your mobile in warranty then take mobile to service center.
You may need to run LCD test press *#0*# on the keypard. Once you have done it go to touch panel sensitivity run the test , if your handest doesnt not have a hardware issue it would work fine , if it does you may need to contact Samsung service cnetre to reset the firmware on your handset
This is either going to be a software or hardware fault. You need to perform a master reset on the handset which you can do by going to settings> General> Master reset.
If this does not work it is likely that the speaker has gone, you will need to have the phone repaired/replaced. This should be done by the Network if you are within their warranty period or manufacturer if within 2 years.
Re-soldering the Vibrat** connector will fix your problem. If there's problem with the vibrat** motor, you need to replace it. But first, restore your phone to default settings, Restart your phone and check before you proceed with the hardware.
