Tv picture freezes then goes black 10seconds later comes back....tv picture freezes then goes black 10seconds later comes back on. TV cycles in this manner until I unplug and reconnect power. This happens every time I turn on the tv. When it freezes the picture for about 10 seconds the remote does not work and when I push a button on the remote the timer light Moretv picture freezes then goes black 10seconds later comes back on. When it freezes the picture for about 10 seconds the remote does not work and when I push a button on the remote the timer light flickers. It was so bad at first that I could not get it to work correctly until I stopped using the battery surge protector. When I plug it directly into the wall outlet I can reset it by unplugging and reconnecting power.
