c.When the memory starts counting, press and hold the (Select) button.
d.Continue holding the (Select) button until the Ready, Data, and Attention lights flash once, and then stay on steady.
e.Release the (Select) button when the Ready, Data, and Attention light are on steady.
f.The control panel will display SELECT LANGUAGE .
g.Press (Down Arrow) button once. The control panel will display COLD RESET .

A 51.2 error message means that there is an error 51(Printer Error).2 (Laser Error) C (Cyan). This basically means that there is something wrong with the laser and the cyan color laser.
Ok, try this--1.power off printer 2. open front door 3. press and hold continue and cancel buttons 4. power back on 5. wait until light sequence stops om error 6. power off and back on.
this resets factory defaults on the printer..
All lights flashing is an error indication. to learn the problem you'll need a service manaual. The procedure is to hit the Continue button twice - see which lights flash (secondary code) and consult the manual. Then repeat that step and look up the final code (tertiary code) in the manual. This should be the problem.
