The defrost drain is stoppped up. The easiest way to solve this is with a compressed air tank. At the back of the ref. at the bottom you will see a hose leading into a drain pan.Blow the air through the hose and it will unstop the drain.Hope this helps !
order a new icemaker, about 100.00 from parts company, heat element not working to help release ice. Its an easy fix and will save you a service call for 150 additional bucks. Its a matter of taking out old one. First turn off water valve to fridge. Take out old icemaker and remove electrical supply, just a squeeze and the clip should come out. Place new electrical connection, connect water supply line, turn on water line to fridge fridge, the compartment should fill and then ice in about an hour or 90 min.
i have this exact same problem. Started about 3 months ago with the crisper and now the water. when I turn the fridge off after a few hours the water works again. I'm calling the repair person tomorrow
before you call check the bottom of your freezer, if it is full of ice, yuou more than likely have a clogged defrost drain
remove the back panel of the freezer and ensure the drain is free and clear,
check the fill tube of the ice machine to be properly installed
If you also get the flakes with the water from the water dispenser it could be the water chiller reservoir behind the crisper in the fridge.
If it's just the ice maker the non stick surface in the ice mold may be coming loose.

HII Your drain line is plugged remove evaporator cover and get a hair dryer and remove all the ice built up on the drain line its a hole just below the evaporator..show here the hole is on the left side.Good
water under the crisper doors is pretty common, all you have to do is raise the front legs of the refrigerator, Refrigerators have a heater in them that keep everything from freezing, if it wasnt for the heater then it would just be a freezer, now alot of these samsungs have 2 evaps, so if you get a warm fridge, its prob. because a sensor is out or the heater is out and there is ice buildup inside the unit preventing either the fan from turning, or just blocking air flow, but for the water, just raise the front legs and there is a drain in the back that it will go into from now on
