Unfortunately, the Motorola H17 does not have a user replaceable battery. The battery is supposed to last the life of the product and can only be removed by breaking the headset. If the battery fails (leaks or will not charge beyond 80%) while the headset is under warranty (1 year from initial purchase), then Motorola will replace the H17.
