Pandigital photo frames are an ideal way to display your collection of
digital photos. You can view photos with or without a computer using
just a memory card,
but it's always a good idea to transfer the photos you'll want to view
frequently to the internal memory of your frame. This is also a handy
way to back up your favorite images.
Transferring Photos from a PC
Copying Photos to Your Frame's Internal Memory
Next, open the folder in which you store your photos ("My Pictures,"
for example). Select the photos you want to transfer to your frame. Drag
them to the drive associated with your digital photo frame---this is
the "Removable Disk" drive you located within the "My Computer" folder.
Every photo you selected will then be copied onto your digital frame.
After the files are copied, disconnect your digital frame properly.
If you don't, your frame's internal memory could be damaged. Look for
the system tray in your desktop's
lower right-hand corner. Left-click the icon that shows a gray box with
a green arrow on top of it. Select "Safely Disconnect Hardware." A
dialog box will appear, asking you to select the device to disconnect.
Select the digital frame and click "OK." When the dialog box appears,
click "Close." You'll see a message in the lower right hand portion of
your desktop telling you it's safe to disconnect your frame.

how are you using the card? you need to move the software that you can to the card and set it to be run from there. you also need to clean your tablet regularly, just like a laptop. not shutting apps down properly will leave your system full of garbage and no room for anything. this is true for ALL tablets

Most apps do not natively install to an SD card when downloaded from the play store. You have to have an app like AppManager, that has a function to 'move' apps from internal storage to an SD card, or use a manual option in the Android Settings section to move each app individually.. If you are that tight on space that you cannot load any new app, you may have to delete or move something from your internal storage so you can download AppManager or some similar app, and then move as many apps as you can to your SD card. If you have a lot of photos and music you can try moving that to the SD card if your player/viewer software will allow you to find it there. Best way to move bulk items (music/photos, not apps) is to connect to a PC through USB, which brings up your internal storage and the SD card as external USB storage items. Then copy from internal storage to SD card through your PC. Best to establish folders on the SD card to hold these items and then tell your app where they are.
New card would work, most portable games won't allow download from PC, if they do you can side load via mem card, still need space though..
