Juicer does not turn / rotate. Does this mean the motor is burnt out ?

the power is not properly supplied to blade .....just check whether the connections are proper ....

no power --bad switch --motor burnt --bad safety

If you saw smoke, likely the motor may be burnt. A bit late!

The stainless bar should be on the correct slots on top of the juicer. It has a safety switch on those bars. Smell the motor from under the juicer, it should not smell like burnt. Press hard on the switch, it might be loose.

I am having a similar problem, turned it on to juice carrots, it sounded like it was rotating very slowly then the motor just stopped. Would love a fix, i am addicted to my juicer and would be very sad if it was not good. It is only about 2 months old.

Assuming the motor is not totally burned yet, Make sure the blade is fiitted in its place right. Take the blade out again and fit it right along with the strainer. If it is not seated and fitted well, it will touch the upper cover and will not turn and will smell burnt.

The coupling on the juicer basket end is no big problem, but the coupling on the motor end is a big problem as you need to stop the motor from rotating to unscrew the coupling. This means remiving the base of the juicer which may be difficult because of the type of screws involved.

What type of juicer is this any model number?

if motor turn on and shaft rotate it should work is that the case?
