E13 Condition Water leak in the tub or air leak in pressure-switch air hose Check/Repair The washer fills for too long without the water level pressure switch tripping to indicate that the washer is full. Check for a leak in the wash tub. If the tub is not leaking, check to see if the washer is overfilling. If it is, check the air hose and water-level pressure switch for problems.

Oe error code

The OE error code is related to incoming water flow. Make sure both your water lines are turned on. If your lines are turned on, turn the lines off and then disconnect the water lines. There is a small wire basket filter in each water inlet. Pull out each filter, clean out each filter and then re-insert the filters. Reattach the water lines and turn on the water. Make sure there are no water leaks. This should clear the OE error.

Error code

Hi,

The reason for "F 20" is that while there is "NO WATER DETECTED ENTERING MACHINE OR PRESSURE SWITCH TRIP NOT DETECTED." If after 30 seconds not minimum 0.1l of water entered or maximum fill time of 13 minutes is exceeded, the valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
The possible fix for this problem is:
If there is no water in the unit: Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves.
Verify inlet valve operation.

If there is water in the unit: Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and
properly connected to tub and pressure switch.
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Verify there is not a siphon problem.
3. Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves, pressure switch, flow meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Check all hoses for possible leaks.
5. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
6. Verify pressure switch operation.
7. Verify flow meter operation by blowing air through the part and measuring the resistance.
8. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or any cycle.

Hi, this is a system leak code.

System leak

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine, the valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
OR
If the control has turned the water valves on, and after 8 minutes, the flow sensor has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off, and the error code will flash.

1. Check for crack or holes in the washer tub and pressure switch hose.
2. Replace components if necessary.(Usually it will be a faulty pressure switch. It is recommended to replace the switch and hoses as well)
