Actually without knowing brand, model and operating system (Windows, iOS or Android) it's up the slope, but probably all of them should have an icon for SETTING, SETUP or similar. See the image with SETTING icon You should enable WiFi and input access code or your router if it has one.
The remote operations are explained in the manual for a TV that came with the remote. According to Samsung, the BN59-01178W remote is compatible with several models from the UN24H4500AF to the UN65H6203BF. (Note: Samsung adds a few extra letters to the model to indicate the country where that the TV was sold. The complete list is here: http://www.samsungparts.com/Products/Parts_and_Accessories/PID-BN59-01178W.aspx . Look for the Supported Models list. You can find the manual for one of the supported TVs, UN55H6203AF, here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/UN55H6203AFXZA . Scroll down and expand the Manuals section. Then select the Quick Guide. You will need to accept the Samsung terms of use to download the manual.

Once you have jailbroken your iPhone. You'll got a Cydia icon on your SpringBoard.
Launch the Cydia.
Go to Search Tab and search for Lock Down and tap it.
Tap Install button at Top-Right and then Confirm button at Top-Right to begin installation.
After completion, go back to Springboard where you'll find a brand new icon i.e. LockDown.
How to use LockDown
When you will run the Lockdown
application for the first time, you will be asked to setup a Safety
Code and a Password. This password will be used to unlock any locked
application and to open Lockdown itself. Safety code is useful in case
you forget your LockDown password.
Once you have setup the Password and safety code, you will see all your iPhone applications listed on next screen.
Select
any application you want to lock, a Lock button will appear. By tapping
that button your selected application will be locked and a little lock
icon will appear next to that locked application.
Now if you
close LockDown App and try to open you locked application (Mail app in
this example), you will be prompted to enter the password to open it.
Use your Lockdown password to open that App.
(Once you open
the app, use it and when you close the app it will be automatically
locked again. So no need to re-lock it in LockDown.) Lets check other options in Lock Down.
Tap LockDown to launch it. This time you'll be asked to input the password to open LockDown. Do it.
Tapping any locked application in LockDown will prompt you if you want to Unlock it. Pressing the Unlock button will perform the unlock that App.
Locked Applications
button at the top right quickly shows all the locked application only
rather scrolling through all applications to locate locked ones.
Under Settings tab at Bottom, following options are available:Locking Options
Lock All Applications
Unlock All Applications
Lock This Application (ON/OFF)
Password Management
Change Saftey Word
Change Password
Forgot Password
Other Settings
Lockdown Dylib
(If you turn it OFF, even if you open a locked application it will not
prompt for password. So, it's helpful when you are using your iPhone by
yourself. See the details in screenshot. )
Lock Icon Moving (When turned ON it do NOT let anyone to move any icon to preserve your arrangement of icons.)
Lock App Deletion (When turned ON it do NOT let anyone to delete any application without your permission.)
Enable Launch Button (When turned ON, Lockdown will show a launch button when you open a locked application and input password.)
I
am using this great application since the day it's supported with
iPhone OS 3.0. It's working like a charm and will keep it installed
because of its usefulness and surely recommend it.
If you're getting an authentication failure, you need to stop trying to get into your neighbors wifi...
No, Seriously, here's the deal...
1. If you're inputting a password, you're not setting it to the right type of encryption...Try them all with the same pass
2. If you're sure it's the right encryption, make sure it's the right password, correct spelling, and capitalizations are a MUST!!!
3. There could be a chance that there's a password on the wifi network, and the phone's OS doesn't have an icon show up for that (you'd be surprised where manufacturers cut corners to mass produce things cheaper, and samsung's bad about that with their phones.
1. Choose (Settings) then (WiFi) then (turn WiFi on)
2. Set iPod touch to ask if you want to join a new network:Choose (WiFi) and turn (Ask to Join Networks) ON or OFF.
Then you'll need to join a WiFi network (your D-Link for instance)
1. Choose (Settings) then (WiFi) then wait until your D-Link shows up in the list of networks.
2. Select your network and if you have a password for your router make sure you type it. (networks that require a password have a lock icon next to it) then tap (join)
Once you join a WiFi network manually, iPod touch will automatically connect to it whenever the network is in range. If more than one previously used network is in range, iPod touch joins the one last used.
When iPod touch is connected to a WiFi network, the WiFi icon in the status bar at the top of the screen shows the connection strength. The more bars you see, the stronger the connection.
Yes you can, you have three diferent lock options:
'channel' this option allows you to lock or unlock particular channels.
'program' this option allows you to lockout a particular TV show.
'game' this option allows you to lock channel 3 and channel 4 plus the external inputs.
To activate the game lock on the tv you need to press the 'menu' key then press the down arrow till you get to 'lock' and press ok.You will then be asked to input a password, if it is the first time you have used the password then you will need to input a code of your choice twice to register it (write the password down and put it somewhere safe) Then you will be in the 'lock' menu so using the down arrow go to 'menu' and select it then se it to 'custom' you will then be able to select the 'game' option by arrowing down to 'game' and select it so that it shows 'on'. Your tv should now have locked out the external inputs etc. To unlock it you go through this procedure again just this time you select so it shows 'off' You can also select 'custom' in 'game' mode which will allow you to select which external inputs to lock which is useful if you have DVD players or other devices connected to your TV and is something for you to consider. Full details of above procedure are in the user manual page 32 - 33 under the heading Lock.
I hope this answers your question.
Regards,
James
Ps. Tell the kids it's my fault they can't play their games!!!!
