How do i fix the problem that the error code E000007-0000 for canon ir 3300 copier, fixing film has been changed with the new one, still the same error code repeated.

The problem is in temperature of a fixing film.Try to clean the heater,put on the grease...If ther's still a problem,replace the heater

Here is what the service manual says about that code.
E007-0000 An error in the rotation of the fixing film is detected.
The reading of the main thermistor is 100C or higher and, in addition, the fixing film sensor does not detect the rotation of the film for 6 sec or more while the fixing motor is driven.

Sounds like a problem that requires a service call.

there is an error in the rotation of the fixing film.
check the fixing film sensor and make sure that all the wiring and the connectors are connected securely.
if it persists, consider replacing the fuser fixing film

The Canon imageRUNNER 3300 System error e007 code means that the fusing film is out of Home Position or the film is ripped. You will need to most likely have the fixing film replaced. You are probably going to have to get a service to repair it.

OK, but first try to clear the error under service mode, then replace fixing film assy, for EU 240V is FG6-6041.
To clear the error:
* 2 8 *
COPIER
FUNCTION
CLEAR
ERR
OK
Turn off and on ( main switch )

If this dont help - replace fixing film assy.

E000007-0000 code is Fixing Film error.
