I have a Bizhub c360 when printing papers think 1 and above error code c2253 appears what is the issue

Sounds like a drum motor is going bad. The extra resistance from the thicker paper may be exposing a weakness in one of the drum motors. They aren't terribly expensive but figuring out which one it is might be troublesome on top of the removal and instillation process.
