I have two mp3s and I would like to transfer the music from the old to the new. But when I hook the old one up it brings up the music folder and only has about 300 of my 1500 songs listed in it.

It's easy. There takes transferring music as an instance. Just follow the below steps.
Step 1 Start Leawo iTransfer
Connect old iPad to computer via USB cable. Start Leawo iTransfer on your computer. The software will automatically recognize your device and shows iPad library in the left sidebar. Step 2 Select music to transfer
Click the name of iPhone and go to "LIBRARY > Music" in the left sidebar and select multiple songs in the right interface by holding "Ctrl". Right click them to choose "Transfer to > My Computer". Step 3 Transfer music from iPad to computer
In the pop-up window, chose "Save to folder" and click on "Change" to select an output directory on your computer. After that, choose "Transfer Now" to transfer music from iPad to your computer. Step 4 Transfer music from old iPad to new iPad
Disconnect iPad but connect new iPad to your computer. Go to "iPad > LIBRARY > Music" in the left sidebar. Choose "File > Add > Add File or Add Folder" in the top middle to upload music you just transferred from old iPad to your new iPad.
You could bring cds from home and play them in the PC or you could get a thumb drive and copy mp3s from your home PC and bring it in. If you are looking for a way to actually create MP3s let me know and i can hook you up with a guide.
If my answered help give me four thumbs as thanks!!
Hi,ok here is what you need to do,go to my music folder, open it,you will see Itunes folder copy this folder into a flash pen or memory card, take to your netbook, transfer to music folder in netbook and install Itunes automatically your netbook will have all the songs.
Perhaps you are attempting to load your MP3s by transferring the folder they are in. This does not work. Open the GPX storage device in MyComputer, set your GPX to "OFF", wait for the players screen to light up and display "USB", drag & drop only MP3s and make sure to wait for the transfer to finish. If this does not work, (using the USB-miniUSB cable which was included), exchange it...and perhaps pay the difference to get a better one.
UPDATE TO THE LATEST WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER, RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, THEN TO ADD FILES TO YOUR MP3 PLAYER, click MY COMPUTER open the drive location, open MUSIC FOLDER, drag your mp3s into that box, DONE :)
do not ADD mp3 tracks into the playlist folder. this is not how it works. connect the player to the pc, then transfer mp3s into the MUSIC folder. Get into the foled, right click on song you want to be on playlist, and option PLAYLIST comes up. press on it and a new window will open, with playlist options. you can drag and drop mp3s in there, and so you'll have your playlist.
windows media dont surrport mp3 u cant play mp3s but thats it. when u plug in the usb from ur mp3 player it should pop up new hardware found in the right bottom corner double click on that i should open up the mp3 folder after tat just click and drag the music u want in to that folder and ur on your way. please rank
Check the bitrate of the songs which didn't make it. If they are too low they are ignored. Also some machines won't tolerate VBR MP3s (variable bitrate)
Downloading songs off the Internet can be the cause of this problem. Not all people converting music to MP3s for the Internet use the same specifications. In future keep an eye on the bitrates of the music. Many people use lower rates so they can fit more on their computers but the portable players don't always like them.
