Fate is not specifically a game by HP... they simply include it in their bundle of software. You may want to visit games.wildtangent.com/fate/ to see if there are discussion forums or chat rooms you may find this information.

when you bought the game from Wild Tangent they sent you a code in email
that is your unlock code.
you have to enter it into the game to be able to continue playing.

You get the unlock codes when you purchase the programs.

You could probably just buy one.
