Unable to print, See troubleshooting and general maintenance in User's Guide, however, I do not have a User's Guide! What to do?

you need a new waist ink absorber box and have to do a reset. The absorber box can be purgchased from a service partner (see brother homepage of your country). Same procedure:

I have used the user guide and follow the instructions but nothing happens and i have also cleaned the parts and remove the dusts.

I have a MFC420, it says "unable to print, see troubleshooting/maintenance in user's guide". I DO have a guide, it's no help at all. It does not address this specific message. I did change the ink cartridge, and have ongoing printer head (?) problems. I have to do cleanings all the time to get decent quality black (I use 99% of the time)

The printer does not print I have gone to troubleshooting and done the things troubleshooting has asked me to do and followed the steps I still get error message error/print what to do. I have unplugged and replugged the printer usb cord to my computer. Have also turned off and then on again on the printer. what do I do I have tried to print from notepad and wordpad like troubleshooting has asked me to do with no results same message. But I was able to print the help list from the brother printer itself?
