Hi, just purchased new Bose Solo sound system. But when plug power on, there is no "tones" to indicate power is on, just slow and constant twitch sound.

I have had this happen several times now. Unplug the Bose power plug for a few minutes, then plug the power back in and turn the Bose back on. It has reset the Bose unit everytime and the audio is back.

The yellow light means you are in reduced bass mode. Hold the mute button on the remote for about 3 seconds and you'll hear 3 tones going up and the light will switch back to green. Enjoy!

You can go to the repair shop for fix it. Since this unit can be defective by IC, ROM or RAM. or audio circuit+power supply or defective solder.
