When i try to listen to music or video it comes up with file sys err and won't let me do anything but turn it off ive tryed everything in the manual but nothing works and i defo put songs on!

hope u got this fixed but if not i know where you can go to cobyusa.com and put the model number in product search the click firmware and download to ur desktop. open it up and u will have 24 grey boxes then plug in the mp3 and clik the firmware button right below box 24 one there is a green check in box 1 then its fixed and u can disconnect it and re add ur files
Download that. It contains a firmware update that is meant to fix the "file sys err" problem. I got it directly from the Coby website and it works perfectly.
