Dell BIOS is locked so no changes can be made to the same. However, there are third party software available in the market which might help but this might void the warranty on the computer.

one could go to dell.com and RTM on BIOS.
see if the logo as dis/enable bit.
power on hit F2, and explore BIOS
there are many version now so only you trying for sure finds things you want.
look for prompt words and enable /disable.
there is all you can do BIOS on this topic if at all.

There are bios hacking sites, but do not do that unless the PC is toy grade or LIKE status

Also hacking bios may make future official Dell upgrades dead. or worse.
