I got a new app on line I enter as my age is 13. I try to redo it an won't let. When they update the zynga I couldn't get it back. Hope u can help

What has Zynga help said? Sounds like you may need to refresh the page or site that your on. If your using Chrome you can go to settings and refresh the page. Also your browser may beed to be updated...And instead of contacting Zynga, contact Facebook..They can probably help you if you got thecapp from facebook..You can also go to your settings go to apps. Go to your Zynga app and you should see a data button.When you push it, it will ask you if you want to delete the apps data. Deleting this resets the app and usually fixes the issue also uninstalling and reinstalling the app will work too. Give it a try and see.. Don't worryvyou wont loose any of your personal data or points it's still there. .Hope I Helped

Try deleting the FarmVille app. Next install the app again. If it keeps crashing after that then I reccomend maybe deleting some apps. My iPhone did the same exact thing. After I deleted some apps it has not crashed since. If deleting some apps also does not work then you possibly your iPhone is getting old. My iPod had that same exact problem last year. I got a new iPod and the app have never crashed. I hope this helps!

Somebody is trying to hacked your FB account. Here's how you fix it: Try Changing your email address linked to your Facebook account. Go to Facebook, then to account, then to account settings change email to a new email address. Facebook will then send you a confirmation email to your new email address inbox, follow link to confirm. Then go back to Facebook and go back to account, account settings and change the email to the new email address ...don't forget to remove the old (hacked) email address at this point.

my clients who have updated to internet explorer 9 or firefox 4 have problems with the zynga games. the only way I was able to restore their gameplaying activities was to reinstall windows and doing all the updates but not internet explorer beyond version 8. not ideal. I couldn't get them to work by uninstalling internet explorer 9 and rolling back to 8.
