My Tablet is stuck in Demo Mode just came on one day and now won't shut off it has a blue line at the bottom that says Demo Mode. How do I get rid of it?

Go to the system settings and look through them to see if there is an option for demo mode. Also, go to Settings>Apps>All, and see if there is an app called "Demo." If there is, tap it and tap Disable, if possible.

Try to force shut down your device then

Your tablet is stuck in demo mode, to reset the demo mode shut off the tablet, keep pressed at the same time power+volume up buttons, the tablet will boot in recovery move, the last selection of the menu is the demo mode feature 0n/off

1. Power on your tablet.
2. On the home screen, tap the App button.
3. Tap the Screensaver app.
4. Tap Enable Screensaver to turn the screensaver mode on or off.
5. You want to turn off the screensaver!

Sell it, donate it, but do get rid of it, and get a decent "name brand" tablet device. I went thru the same type of problem with another low-end tablet, and I then realized the truth of the statement - "You get what you pay for." None of the reputable manufacturers have anything in the <$100 range, and there's a reason for that. Good luck!

Please try this:
Tap on Apps in home screen - Settings - Storage - Internal Storage - Apps - Scroll down and Identify "Demo Video Application" under the apps list .

Tap on Clear Cache and tab on "Disable", Ignore the warning message.
Note: Cust may see the "Demo mode" icon in the homescreen, however it wont bringup Demo Video

Go to SETTINGS; Go to DEVICE; Select APPS; Side scroll to right until you find DEMO VIDEO at the bottom of the page; Select it and follow the indicators to DISABLE the VIDEO MODE. Restart the tablet. The 'demo mode' will still appear in on the lower left of the display but the mode is DISABLED.

Where did you get the tablet? I believe you purchased a store demo tablet. If you you browse zeepad's website you can probably restore the firmware and get rid of store demo mode.

Try this:
Power your Archos 101 off by holding the Power Button for 10 seconds (this fully shuts it down).
While holding the Volume + button power it back up (tap power button to start up, hold volume until the tablet enters recovery mode, you'll see a series of choices instead of the demo mode).
Choose the Format System option.
When this process is complete make sure not to select Demo Mode as Android boots and the Archos 101 gets up and running.
