Where is the fuel pump fuse located

More likely than the fuel pump fuse blowing (which is possible), your INTERTIA SWITCH may have triggered due to a sharp jolt or small collision. It is located under the dashboard on the firewall, directly adjacent to the steering column. Push the button to reset.

Need specifics [how tos] for 1993 Ford E150 Conv van.351,5.8L,8cyl,[5766]

First, if you have a shop manual for vans you have as much or more info than the folks who answer questions on this website.
A 5.0 engine and your 5.8 are more or less the same, just different size pistons.
A shop manual should have wiring diagrams in the back of the book.
You will need to figure out if you are having a problem with fuel or ignition assuming you have good compression.
One common problem with Ford products that won't start is the EEC relay and the fuel pump relay.
There is a list of options with no spark, including the coil, cap-rotor-wires, plugs, and the ignition module that fires the coil.

E150 Ford van fuel pump, new, but still not getting fuel and van won't run. Tested all fuses, all are working. Any suggestions?

Instructions
1
Turn off the engine and place the
transmission gear selector lever in the "P" position. Depress the parking brake and open the hood.
2
Locate the under-hood relay center containing the fuel pump relay. It is on the right side of the engine compartment, between the
brake fluid reservoir and the battery.
3
Remove the cover from the relay center and look at the diagram on the reverse side. Note the location of the fuel pump relay.
4
Remove the fuel pump relay by hand using a rocking/pulling motion

Where is the fuel pump relay on a 1987 ford Econoline E150 5.0L EFI , no voltage at high pressure pump.

Your fuel pump relay should be located in the power distribution box under the hood. If not , it may possibly located on the firewall. Hope this helps
