We do not have book on the kitchen faucet which was purchased by a previous owner. Looks just like the Danze D306357BN. It is leaking from the first joint above the base. A plumber could only tell us that...

there are several O-rings inside the spout assembly. 3 that I know of from memory.<br /> <br /> here is a link to the PDF parts breakdown to show your plumber. also that faucet is for the bathroom sink.<br /> <a href="http://www.danze.com/product_details.asp?g=2&amp;mg=5&amp;id=D306357BN">http://www.danze.com/product_details.asp?g=2&amp;mg=5&amp;id=D306357BN</a><br /> the link to the PDF is at the bottom of the page "illistrated parts list" <br /> <br /> here is the link to the kitchen faucet. just click on the "illistrated parts list" to get the breakdown.<br /> <a href="http://www.danze.com/product_details.asp?g=1&amp;mg=1&amp;id=D414357">http://www.danze.com/product_details.asp?g=1&amp;mg=1&amp;id=D414357</a><br /> <br /> if neither one of these is your faucet, just continue looking through till you find yours, and call a different plumber.<br /> <br /> hope that helps<br />

Leaking outside faucet on side of house . It's leaking where the handle enters tube that goes into house. Is it easy to replace the inside part and will that fix the problem?

It's pretty hard to tell exactly what you mean. A faucet on the side of the house is called a Hose Bib. There are several different kinds. Maybe you can do a Google Image search and find the kind you have. You might also find clues on how to fix it. If you give me some more info I can probably help you.

Kitchen Faucet Leak

The stem and washers inside the faucet need to be replaced.

If you Do it yourself the parts typically will cost you less than 20 bucks.

Most plumbers will charge 75 to 100 for this relatively simple Job.

You can order parts directly from the manufacturer, or from a local plumbing supply house.
The faucet may still be under warranty and the parts would be free. Here is ther number for Price pfister.

Faucet Attachment Leaks

If your dishwasher leaks, check these:Main tub seal
Door gasket or seal
Water-inlet valve
Hoses

Main tub seal
Note… If the main motor of your dishwasher is mounted vertically, beneath the center bottom of the dishwasher, the following instructions probably apply to you. But if your motor is mounted horizontally, the pump isn't serviceable--you need to replace the entire pump and motor assembly.

The main tub seal is beneath the drain impeller. It prevents the water in the dishwasher from leaking out near the shaft of the motor. To get to the seal, which is inside the dishwasher, remove the:

1. Lower rack
2. Spray arm
3. Spray arm support
4. Wash/drain impellers

Then pry the seal out of its housing and replace it.

Door gasket or seal
Over time, door gaskets and seals harden and lose their ability to seal properly. You can't repair the seals. You need to replace them if they've begun to leak.

Water-inlet valve
The water-inlet valve, itself, seldom leaks. But, the water-supply line from the house and the rubber tube leading from the valve to the inside of the dishwasher may leak. Tighten or repair/replace these as necessary.

The water-inlet valve could mechanically stick open. When that happens, the water continues to flow into the dishwasher, which then floods your kitchen. Turn off the water supply to the dishwasher, and replace the valve.

Hoses
Behind the lower access panel on your dishwasher are several rubber or plastic hoses. If the leak appears at a connection, try a new clamp. If that doesn't work, replace the hose.
