How can I change line voltage from 24V to 48V in KX-TA308 ?

Why? A TA-308 as well as all Panasonic systems run on 24 volts, even the TDA/TDE. The quickest way to do that, and very expensive, was a Proctor Long Line Adapter (46222/46224). The only time we ever had to use one was to bring up the line voltage of a Merlin Legend extension to interface to a Panasonic system we were using as a factory intercom. The intended purpose is for off-premise extensions as they provide high voltage ringing and protect the system it's attached on.

Proctor is long gone, but Viking Electronics makes an exact replacement. Here are the specs http://www.vikingelectronics.com/products/pdf/lla-4.pdf They also run about $500 for 4 ports.

I have a panasonic KX-T7130E and want to know how to connect and install it.

It connects to a Panasonic Key Service Unit, pick a number, TA/TES, TAW, KXT, KXTD, and in some cases TDA/TDE/NCP. It's an analog 4-wire system phone, so it requires both voice and data pairs (a 4-pin connection) and a port on the system. You can only connect one 7130 to a system extension.

I want to change me voice mailbox message on my Panosonic kx-dt321

What happens when you dial 500 on the intercom?

Panasonic has 2 voice mail systems that operate on the TDA/TDE/NCP system. By default, the voice mail extension is 500. If you dial it, the system will answer and you can follow the prompts to record and change the greeting.

If your voice mail is embedded, then you have some oher codes like *382 to play it back and *381 to record a greeting.

I want to extend the extension numbers beyond134. is it possible with Panasonic KX-TDA 200

Not exactly sure what you're asking, so I'll give you 2 answers. If you mean extension number 134, the answer is yes. The whole universe of numbers are available to you and by default you can use 100-599 in a 3-digit numbering plan. You can grow beyond extension 134 if you have the hardware to support it.

If you're talking about 134 physical extensions, the answer is "maybe" The 200 has 11 card slots. Slot 11 is usually reserved for an option board for a message card and other features. Card slot 1 is usually a digital card for digital extensions, and you need at least one trunk card (slot 10?). That leaves slots 2-9 (8 total) for other cards. Each card is 16 analog or 32 digital extensions, so if the system is being used for single line stations, the answer is 128, but if digital you can expand the memory and address more than 128 extensions. Actually, I think you can address 256 ports before you have to expand the memory.

No dial tone kx174

That's a trick. Pull out the card on the bottom of the cabinet and see if you get dial tone from the cards in the middle and top positions.

I think A1 and A2 mean extension cards of which you can derive 32 extensions, and the 16 analog ports on the base cabinet. I could tell you about the TDA-100 or 200, so I hope you didn't pay a lot of money for the 174's.

Interconecting 2 Panasonic KX-TDA 200 & KX-TDA600

You are asking for some very advanced setup features, as far as connecting them you need the IPGateway cards. They are cat5 cards that will do the trick. However programming the setup to do what you want will be VERY time consuming and not to easy to walk someone through. On-site tech is highly recommended for that much programming and work.
