Sounds like the door lock, before getting a new one check it's not just the connection come adrift. Isolate from mains, open door, remove retaining spring from around door gasket and you can access the door lock (usually held in position by two Torx20 screws.

Hi, It sounds like you have the two water pipes fitting on the wrong connectors on the back of the machine.

IE: The hot water pipe (RED connector) on the cold water inlet on the back of the machine (BLUE connector)

Is should be red to red and blue to blue.
