Well it's a low temp error for the fusing assembly. Sounds like you already had it in Maintenance Mode. Sometimes those errors can only be cleared out by entering maintenance mode and pressing 9,9 to exit out. Should then start the normal warm up procedure. If the problem continues then reseat the fuser or take it out and measure for continuity across the lamp and thermostat. The service manual also recommends checking the line voltage. Basically make sure it's plugged straight into a wall outlet and no other large power sources on the same circuit. Example, another copier or this time of the year a small space heater.
Maintenance Mode enterance Press Menu/Set and Black start button and Up arrow 4 times. Machine will read Maintenance on the display if done correctly. Press 9,9 to exit of the mode and the machine will attempt to restart normally.

To start the print spooler service manually from a Run prompt (Start -> Run) type services.msc and hit enter. Once you are at the services list, scroll down to the Print Spooler service, right click on it and click start. If it starts correctly it will then say Started in the status column, if there is an error you will need to post it up for further troubleshooting.

This error appears when some characters are sent to the printer and printer don't expect it . To solve this problem configure the printer for CODE { | } in the menu 2 PARAMETER SET. To enter in this menu, turn on the printer while pressing FEED and RESTART.

Your post is correct that error 53 refers to bad memory board or at times defective SIMM only. Since you have replaced them and no change, you may want to try to do a Cold Reset of the printer. This is done by powering on the printer while holding down the GO or Online button. Additionally, you may want to check/reset your NVRAM settings which can be done manually through the Service Mode.
