You need to reset the Parrot first.

Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.

SOURCE: Unable to pair Nokia N85 to Parrot car Kit

It's possible that you need to reset the parrot - seems it might only accept pairing with one phone. On mine you hold down the red and green keys together until she tells you that she is clearing the memory, then she prompts you to pair your phone

My nokia 5130 will not connect to a parrot car kit. Blue tooth is enabled on both devices but it's looking for additional password. Anyone got any ideas?

additional passcode will be 1234 unless you have a ck3200ls then you will need to go to setting ? advanced settings / pair with phone, then it will give you a code to enter into your phone. try deleting any old paired devices first from the parrot. if this dont work let me know exactly the model number and software version of your phone and parrot.

I have a new phone nokia 6303 and tried pairing with my parrot ck3100 and it will not connect. It asked for a passord on the phone I typed in 1234 but it comes back with pairing rejected by other device?

you need to go to settings / paired devices / delete any old phones that are still stored as the parrot will only allow 5 paired devices. then try again. You may want to check your software and if your software is over 12 months old it will be a good idea to update your parrot, try parrot.com/support for more.

When I try to pair my Nokia N97 mini to my 3200 LS parrot it wont pair. My phone sees the parrot but then then says pairing failed and does not give me the opportunity to enter the pin code. Any thoughts?

firstly you need to go to settings / paired devices & delete any old pairings, the go to settings / pair with phone and it will give you a code to enter. Now search for bluetooth devices on your phone and enter the code when prompted.

Good luck.
