SOURCE: on button fell inside tablet.

I don't know what to do about Walmart, but perhaps you can fix, or work around the problem yourself. Tablets come apart easily, but you need to be careful. Take a very thin blade knife and gently pry around the edge of the screen. Work it up evenly, all the way around. With the screen off (it plugs into the main board), you should be able to locate the defective switch, in order to see if it is fixable. Perhaps it is broken, but you may be able to use a toothpick, or other object to activate the switch, after you take out the loose pieces, and reassemble the tablet. I doubt there is any way, short of a miracle, or someone very creative, to fix or find a replacement for the switch. Your next alternative is a new tablet. I hope this is helpful. Let me know if it is... or ask more questions. Thanks.

My tablet wont turn on or charge

Unplug the Battery, hold the Power button for 10 seconds to discharge any capacitors, Plug the battery back in, Charge the tablet until the battery reaches 100% (Factory Charger preferred), Turn it on. If this doesn't work it could be a bad battery, bad charger or bad USB connector.7 Jan 2014

not saying any off this is going to work for you but read it anyway.
the reason i say this is because i had some one else with the same problem but it ended up it was the tablet itself was faulty.

How do I reset my Irulu 7 Tablet, when I cannot get to my settings? Is there anyway I can wipe it clean and begin it again?

You can do a usually do a factory reset by turning off the tablet holding down the power and volume up button and it should take you to a menu that you can factory reset your tablet. Use the volume up and down buttons to scroll up or down on the menu, and power to select. Hope this helps you

Tablet not responding, has frozen while writing an email, wont switch off?

Hold power button down 30 seconds or more; it should eventually switch off (of course the battery will probably have run down by now anyway, so that'll turn it off OK). Recharge battery for at least 12 hours before restarting.
