My Google apps are shutting down, what do I needs to do?

Hi until you're WiFi problem is solved u can't access Google play ...try another WiFi to check if it's the tablet at fault or WiFi....cheers

1. Make sure the mic is not set to mute.
2. Check your battery charge. Low charge may turn off video.
3. Your operating system appears to be Marshmallow. I am not sure what application you are attempting to use for voice chat. It might be Google Duo, Facebook Messenger, Hangouts, or Imo, among others. If an application is not working, one generally tries reinstalling it.
4. Another application may be running and blocking use of the mic. Check what else is running. I think holding down the home button will reveal what is running. Shut down background apps and test the app you are using. Google Play may have What's App to check this.

Did you try shutting it down or re booting it? It may just work.

Try to uninstall updates of play store.. Settings>apps>Google play store>uninstall updates..

On a desktop or laptop, log into play.google.com with your google account, go to apps, select my apps and all your apps should be there. It may appear as installed, but click on installed again to re-install them. They will automatically be installed on your tablet if you re-install them from a conventional PC

The best solution would be to reformat the tablet to factory specifications. That should fix all the issues your having. If you want you can backup all your stuff using google and then type in your google account info after its been restored to get all your information back
