Without knowing the model number of your GE stand mixer and the country where you reside it is difficult to direct you properly.

If you reside in the USA, if you have not already done so, I suggest you call the Walmart GE Call Center and ask where you can purchase the small glass bowl for your model of GE stand mixer. This is the phone number:

Hi. If your mixer is still under warranty, call Kitchenaid, they are usually very good at replacing mixers under warranty.

If you're out of warranty, you'll need to order a new speed control board. Use the following link to download the parts catalog for your mixer.

You can remove and replace this board yourself. Use the drawings to assist you with the project.

There is a website called onesharpstore.com, It carries parts for the hobart 30 quart mixer. I specifically saw some pinion keys (pins) for the agitator shaft. Even a whole kit to replace it if necessary. Hope this helps. And if you sign up I think you can even request a full catalog for your machine.

Hi. Goto kitchenaid.com and download the parts catalog for your mixer model, these drawings will assist you in the disassembly and reassembly of your mixer.

You'll need to replace the speed control in your mixer. This is a common problem. Be prepared to wait at least a month for your parts to arrive. Unplug your mixer before you open it up.
