How to get out of emergency call, frozen and no icons or menus

Call Forwarding

1. To enable Call Forwarding, tap the "Phone" icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Dial *72, followed by the area code and phone number that you want your calls forwarded to.
3. Tap the "Call" icon. The call will be connected, and then, disconnected. ...
4. To disable Call Forwarding, dial *73. Tap the "Call" icon.

Remove the battery for five minutes. Phone will reset to factory defaults. If icons are still present, take it to a store that sells that brand. Usually a tech support person will help you out...

Press on it and hold it and drag it to the remove icon that will show up at the bottom of the screen

Hi, it means you have a weak signal. That's why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Take it for service or repair

Tap the white-on-blue up-arrow near the lower-left corer of the screen, then drag the unwanted icons to the icon bar at the bottom of the screen. When done, tap the white-on-blue down-arrow at the upper-left corner.

Bear in mind that not all icons can be removed from the home screen.
