Why my printer make white scratches only when i use dark colors and the ribbon brakes to often too

Goto Printer settings
advanced/
Find where Print in color
is an option. And select it.

Your printer Thinks you have a Black Ribbon in the machine.

Perform the head cleaner mantenace menu and feed roller cleaner then make a test print.

You have to put darkness setting down on your driver.
2 chances: a) you have the headset with too much temperature due to darkness setting, or you are printing a particular color like metallic blue, gray or intense yellow that can make headset hotter.
b) When you say you have just a left side printed, i remembered customers that set the ribbon to 1/2 YMCKO, check it's not your case

Full resin ribbons tend to require higher darkness settins on all thermal printers.
It could be a mismatch between label and ribbon. This would need to be looked by your supplier.

If this is the thermal head model, you will need to have the print head replaced. These were also sold under the Dell label, so finding a used replacement printer may be more economical. If it takes ribbons, you will need:

if you increse the speed, you need the incrise the darkness, clead the printhead and the white rollar, you can improve the quality if use the correct ribbon and the relation between the ribbon and the paper of the lables are the best. chech with your Media suplier. The problem with the increse speed and the darkness can damage the printhead, and they very expensive.

I would say the ribbon is not installed correctly, and needs flipping so that red is at the other edge.

Yellow is the left turn signal, White is ground, Dark Green is the right turn signal, Brown is the running lights and brake light, the others are for the electric brake set up for the trailer.
