Whats the fix for Blackberry Bold 9900 that wont turn on. When powering the device (battery &/or charger) LED light flashes red, sequence is one flash followed by three slightly quicker flashes.

Hi, try taking the battery out. while the battery is out hold down the power button for as long as you can. this will drain all the power out of the board and give it a chance at a full start ..reinsert battery and try to boot it ..hope it helps

    pull the battery out,if there is a little white dot on it,it is ok,if it is pink,it is water damaged,my best guess is,buy a new battery,they are cheap.

    hook it up to a computer and take all your files off from it and go to blackberry site and reinstall system

Well first you went wrong by plugging it in, honestly your best bet now is to put it in a package of rice to soak up all the water and hopefully it works from there. Although I hope someone can give you some better advice.

Have you tried plugging the BlackBerry is different outlets or tried a different USB cord?

Does the BlackBerry show a charging symbol or is the LED flashing red or green?

Phone wont power up. Red LED flashes once, then four times, pauses, then once, four times...etc...
Try a hard reset, with the phone on remove the battery, wait 1 minute and reset the battery, put on the charger for about 15 - 20 minutes before turning it on again. Hope this helps if not repost.

I have a blackberry bold 9000 and it wont turn on, every time i charge it the red LED light comes on for 30-35 seconds then it just start blinking but it never turns on
You might want to clean the contacts on your charger and BB for proper contact during charging.
Afterwards, connect to your charger, if you are charging it on a PC ensure you connect your charger to a USB at the rear of your PC. Your BB will try to power on itself once it has enough power to. Otherwise power it on after about an hour.
