SOURCE: I get error message: Out of Range, on my 17 inch LCD KDS monitor

get the monitor that you used previously, and on the Windows desktop, go to display properties, in settings> advanced, under the monitor tab, change the refresh rate to 60, which is common on these flat panels.

How can I adjust the height of the HP LP2465 24" LCD Monitor?

MOST OF THE TIME THEY WILL NOT ADJUST UP AND DOWN. LOOK FOR A SMALL LEVEL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BASE OR JUST BEFORE THE BASE. I JUST GOOGLE IT AND FOUND PICTURE OF IT.

Tell me what is samsung syncmaster 794 default setting

The maximum resolution supported is 1280 x 1024 pixels at 65 Hz refresh rate, while the recommended resolution stands at 1024 x 768 pixels at 85 Hz. However, the maximum usable resolution is 1152 x 864 pixels at 75 Hz. Maximum usable resolution signifies the maximum resolution supported by a monitor at a refresh rate of 75 Hz or better. Though 85 Hz is an ideal refresh rate, 75 Hz is the lower limit. Any refresh rate, lower than 75 Hz, will give a flickered output and can cause some serious eye damage after prolonged usage...i hope this helps.

Monitor says Analog RGB 1024 x 768 / 85 Hz Out of Range

install an AGP card into an AGP slot. use 8X AGP card then you can see high resolution because internal display card does not support to high resolution

Out of range

NO PC stated nor OS is it windows what or linux what or O/S2?
10meter . is way too long. sorry. never do that ....
10m means that. why say 10m?
lead = cable. VGA cable. it is.
VGA will not run 10meters ever, and look ok, (i do know how)

out of range means the PC is using ******* resolutions settings
on this old monitor. see list of legal resolutions below.

the answer is simple.. (NOT REALLY WITH NO PC OR OS STATED)
in your unstated PC and OS (windows)
we do what, (im blind cant see what you own)
if HP PC is get the correct driver from my PC, (GPU/VGA)
then it works.
if this pc is over 10 years old (last year made not first)
then there is no HP support.
if running XP or Vista, then Plug in play is not going to work on the dead. (MS shut this down)
so i run my scan program (pci dev maker scanner)
omg i see the video chip now, and its a XXXX
(geforce 123)
i got to nVidia and get it and it loads and works (ask how)
then in the nvidia driver i set the default resolution to
any of the BOLD max resolution's.
NO OTHERS ARE ALLOWED BUT THE BELOW OR IS OUT OF RANGE!
learn to that using a new PC using and old model
the New PC with NEW OS does not recognize this old model
its too old. now. so we must force it, in WINDOWs.
you must force your unstated video chop to the below resolutions
ranges. pick one and set it. there.
if running XP or Vista ,both are dead do PNP plug and play is dead, now. in most cases F8 safe boot , set it to say
1024x768 works then you reboot and it stays there.
but not if the driver for you VGA chip is missing or wrong.
means get it and load it now. in safe mode F8
is this pc connected to the internet as it must?
