This is the general error code for all Canon copiers when there is a problem with the fuser getting hot. It can be reset once but most likely you'll have to have a qualified tech to fix it. Not knowing which model of copier I can't help you any further.

Hi,
did you check jam indicator that glows red left from LCD panel?
Try to reopen the paper drawer and put it back strongly.
If you have dadf it can show jam if its lift up all the way.
On leftsideway, beneath the left door is paper pick up door reopen them and close more strongly.Also check the sensor flapper in the middle, wich is seen when paper pass door are opened.

Hello sir; When you make copy does it print? if there also no print out you better check the corona wire (charge & discharge) it should take care of you, if still don't work let me know.
