i have looked on the internet on this model but can not find you model number,but if you go to this link its a will give you a list of the skmei watches and you will be able to read the manuals on there,it might help you out.

The guy in this video finds a paper manual in his package.
You can probably freeze frame it and take a screen snapshot of th manual. Cmd Shift 4 on a Mac places the screenshot photo on the Desktop
