1. Tap the Fitbit App on your phone Home Screen.
2. In your Fitbit app, scroll down > tap the "Today" tab > then, tap your "Profile Picture" > click the "Advanced Settings" application.
3. Go to "Time Zone Option", then tap to "Turn Off" the Automatic time zone option.
4. Tap "Select Time Zone" and Select your current Time Zone.
5. Lastly, "Save the changes" and if you want you can "Sync" your Fitbit device, it's up to you. :)
