Freezer /fridge water/ice in fridge and or freezer

Usually due to CONDENSATION due to bad door seals or a plugged evaporator drain line? Can use a soft flexable tubing and very hot water to clean it out. Bad door seals usually need replacement, but u can use a blow dryer and something to pry it closer to the door wall while blowing hot air on to it. To create a seal, to test for bad door seals place a dollar bill in between the door and wall of fridge where it closes. Then slide out the dollar bill with door closed. It should offer some resistance and not be easy to pull out.
Most all fridges have a drain. Look inside your fridge for a "V" shaped channel with a small hole. This hole leads to a tube and a small pan which sits on top of your refrigerator's compressor. The defrost cycle causes water to run into the channel, down the tube, and then it generally evaporates with the heat of the hot condenser/compressor.
However, if that tube is clogged with food crumbs, particles , debris etc, you will have to clear it to get back to a normal mode of operation. A toothpick, pipecleaner, straw or a cotton bud can often do the trick.
Even a frost free freezer will still ice up at times in the areas away from the heated defrost area and the drain line can freeze. This icing causes the pipe work to the compressor to ice over or sweat and cause a puddle. Or if the drainage has frozen over, it will need to be de-iced. ( usually the line is under the freezer bottom plate covering. Towards the back of the unit) And there is another inside the fridge area also.
Give the freezer a good overnight defrost until it's totally clear of ice in addition to making sure the drain is clear to the pan at the back and then restart the freezer.

My refrigerator is leaking water making noise and not making ice

It sounds like you have a leak (dry rot plastic tubing) on the ice maker water line. The leaking water is being picked up by you condenser fan near the water valves and probably causing the noise.
First, turn the water shut off valve to the refrigerator off.
You have a dangerous situation here. You need to stop the water leak. If the water leak gets to the electrical components of your unit, well it is dangerous!
You will be safe for now if you shut off the water.
You need a skilled technician to fix the problem. Just shut the water supply to the refrigerator off.
My name is Peter, retired Sears Service Refrigeration Technician. Pull the unit out so you can remove the lower back cover behind the refrigerator.

As soon as the motor starts up after the dishwasher fills, the motor makes a loud grinding noise that turns into high pitch whining. Water begins leaking from above the pump.

That shows a leaking water seal. Water would run into the motor bearings which then rust and make noise. You probably need the motor / pump kit.

My water heater is leaking water at the foot stand, should I shut the heater off and do I need a new water heater?

Make sure that the water is not coming from the drain valve, the relief valve or some top fitting and running down the insulation inside the visible outer skin of the heater.
If it is truly a bottom leak, which is common when the heater fails, if the leak is getting on the flame or pilot, you should shut it off. If the water creates an unacceptable situation, for example, leaking on a finished floor, shut the water off.
If the water is leaking slowly and the flame is not being wet down, you can call a plumber and use the tank on an emergency basis.

Water Leak at vent area in door...

On this model the vent is open and shut by a wax motor. The vent should be closed tight during the entire wash cycle and the first 6 minutes of the drying cycle. Check the operation, make sure there is not a bunch of gunk restricting it. If you are handy with a meter check the resistance of the motor. It should read approx. 2100ohms. Another reason for leaking at the base is oversudzing. Also check the upper spray arm for cracks or splits shooting water into the vent area. Catriver...post back.
