My phone is stuck in a loop at start up. It doesn't go past the Samsung Logo.What do I do?

you have to have it looked at sounds like the fone had developed a fault

Have you rooted your phone? If yes - then try to use Odin to flash the firmware of your device.
You will loose all your data though...

try pressing the power button and holding it for 10 seconds. Then wait a while. Turn it back on, you may press F12 or other key when the Samsung Logo appears (before Windows Logo) to see the boot options. Choose the one to check for any errors or anything else - Run diagnostics. Then also you may scan your hard drive for any failures.

is it a custom ROM or an offcial release?

try a reboot and if it still doesn't show they may have removed it from the upgrade.

there must be an application creating that prob. most probably a third party software u have installed. u have to hard reset ur cell phone. consult user guide of ur cell for instructions
