I will go to the setting and go to wifi and turn it on but the on button will not turn blue or anything and no services will show up and i have done 2 factory resets to try and fix it but nothing well help please help!!
I had the same problem. On a Hisense tablet. My daughter fixed it she didn't give up her secret but she downloaded an android firmware app. I believe that may have solved my problem. Believe me I tried everything before she took it home

Have you ever been able to sign on to your wi-fi service with either this or any other device? Does the tablet show a list of available (nearby) wi-fi networks (like yours, and maybe your neighbors if they're close enough to you)? If it's not picking up any wi-fi at all (not connecting, but just showing that there are available wi-fi networks nearby), you may have a tablet issue that you cannot fix on your own. Please send me more information on how long you've had this tablet and if you've ever been able to use it to sign on to ANY wi-fi network, as well as if it's able to pick up available networks nearby. If you don't know how to get to that point, let me know and I can walk you through it.
