Before you pair an Amazon Fire TV Remote or Amazon Fire TV Voice Remote, verify that the remote is compatible with Amazon Fire TV, is within range, and has the required batteries installed. 1. From the Home screen, select Settings, and then select Controllers. 2. Select Amazon Fire TV Remotes, and then select Add New Remote. 3. Press and hold the Home button on your remote for five seconds. Fire TV Stick searches for the wireless signal of the remote. After the remote or game controller is discovered, select it from the list of discovered devices using your already paired, existing remote or game controller.

Testimonial: "Sorry that did not help It was working fine until I turned off blue tooth wi fi. It is A fire stick remote. I cannot get it to scroll up or down"

USING SOUND BAR FOR BLOWN SPEAKER ON TV

If you use Blue Tooth, wires are not needed.
Press the manual Mode button to find blue tooth mode. Green light will display. Blue Tooth is a general signal sent out. There is no specific setting for TV.
If your TV is sending out a Blue Tooth signal, it should find the speaker automatically. http://www.ematic.us/sites/default/files/ESB212_Manual_01_0.pdf
Check your TV's Blue Tooth settings and have it scan. Default password/code for the sound bar is 0000.

Also check your remote batteries. Sometimes they are installed backwards by the factory so they won't go dead.

When I turn my iPhone Bluetooth on it won't find the Craig blue tooth speaker!

Any Bluetooth device MUST be discoverable for the phone to find it.
Does your Craig have any setup program / configuration where you can set it to be 'discoverable' ?

Bluetooth won't connect

I'm going to assume..you've got an iPhone.. Simply because apple seems to have a "list" of approved blue-tooth items.

Unless your "JailBroken" (google only, please do not ask), if the said bluetooth device will not connect, consider updating your iOS to 5.1.1. or 6.0, or simply deal witht thefact..it won't work... Older deviices (3gs and prior) don't support things like A2DP (blue-tooth bi-direction communication, like a head-set)... and unless (jailbroken..see above about google). will simply not work.

If your NOT talking about an iPhone..you've got me.

MY BLUE TOOTH ISN'T BEING READ BY MY PHONE...

Delete the headset from your phones previous or known devices and turn off phone then back on again and try pairing again. If still same could be faulty phone, but if you can try headset on somebody elses phone to rule out headset.
