I can't seem to find a code in the directv booklet that will program the satellite remote to operate the TV. Help

    i have a magnavox combo dvd/vcr tv, unable to program to direct tv remote,, i know the combo are tough, but can't find model # at magnavox web,, any suggestions

    The codes in the directv booklet will not work so I can turn my tv on with the same remote. Have purchased a Sylvania LC195SL9 tv. Do you have any other codes that would work for this TV? Thank you.

Trutech is a daewoo product. I used the code 10451 also try 11661, 10092, 10672, 10019, or 10623. hope this helps.

Directv remote will not program to rca L42FHD37R. What is the code? I have tried all of the codes given by Directv.
"This TV utilizes new remote control signal codes and may not be compatible with your existing universal remote (e.g. satellite box remotes, cable box remotes, generic universal remotes, etc.). Over time, newer universal remote controls that become available should pick up the new TV codes."

tivo button is the Directv button (tivo home) at the top of the remote. if u have the new directv remote, the tivo home button is the menu button. remote needs to be on satellite. to program codes.
