I bought this phone 3/07/2015 and bought $45 worth of minutes which is a month of minutes and my phone was turned off on the 3/23/2015.Two weeks and two days after buying the phone and straight talk turns it off. I'm without a phone again.I've never had this problem with straight talk no matter how much time I spend on the internet or text.

you need to restore your I phone fistly creat back up then
if you have I tune on your pc or laptop its easy . turn off your I phone then manual key button which is round one on the screen. press and hold this button and connect the USB to your iphone then your i tune shows that recovery or restore option then click on that and leave that manual round button. it takes 20 to 25 min and your phone will restart 2 or 3 three time between the prosses. After its shows chaging then emove your phone.

yes this is a battery problem that happend to my phone . it means you need to get a new battery and it will start working like normal

You need to call straighttalk. Does it have a sim card? If it does it miite be wrong becuz i bought a fone yesterday and we called becuz it said call failed, Text could not be sent retry. We took it back and got a replacement without a sim card it works great! Mine didnt have the rite sim card! hope this helped (:
