Try formating your harddrive and reloading the OS. If that doesn't work you might need a new harddrive.

Hi this is usually a corrupted driver usually a Video driver, but not always, it can sometimes be the harbinger of doom, and it may indicate that the HDD is going/gone? faulty.
Now what you may need to do is to perform a boot from a recovery CD/DVD or Boot from a Windows DVD, then either perform a system restore, or indeed a factory restore.
usually though, whenever there is a minor problem it will not continue to reboot as it is doing now.
