Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
My blackberry curve 8310 just started turning itself off. Wont be low on battery or anything. Then I have to take the battery out and put it back in for it to turn back on. And sometimes it turns back off as soon as it boots back up. Im not sure whats wrong with it
Check your battery terminal. I had this same problem right out of the box. it would only stay on for 15secs shut down and continue to cycle. turns out one of the 4 prongs wasnt connecting right with the battery. I could clearly see one was shorter than the others.
The phone would only work if connected to the computer.
Are you within your 30days? or 1yr manfacture warranty? or 90 days if it refurb (ATT)(anyway)
