Dear Sinclair
The freezing occurs due to two things.
1- when you command print file size is more than the buffer RAM of the printer. ( it will solved choosing page no. selection to print). If there is option to increase the RAM of printer, may be up graded.
2- Fixing temp. when exceeds predetermined temp. it takes a short time may be neglected.

Thanks.

My HP Laserjet 3050 frequently pauses when I try to prints PDF documents, but everything else seems allright. This is causing a problem and when the printer is trying to load the document it is like it...

When you select your printer from Acrobat you need to click on the advanced tab on the lower left of the print driver window and set it to print as graphic. This will speed up printing dramatically.

I want to stop the printer from printing a document or a series of pages from a web site. how do I do this?

Go to the Printers (Control Panel) and you can 'Open' printer jobs (right click to find Open). Then select the job and press delete key, or you jan find 'Cancel job' (or similar). Sometimes it can be 1 minutes to wait. Sometimes it will never stop. If you can't stop, you need to restart computer and going to repeat this process again (windows has sometimes big problem with this). If you can't restart windows (sometimes this problem can freeze windows) you can press start button on computer about 6 seconds and it will kill all process and stop computer (only do this if you must).
Good luck!

It begins to print then stops half way

Having the same problem here... very random... send a print job of labels and it will print the whole lot, or freeze at random points but always halfway through a label... no error message... unplug usb and replug doesnt do anything, but unplug and replug power and off it goes printing more lables but may even freeze again after only a few more have come out... also, every day the first print job of the day prints half the label and pauses for about 10 seconds then keeps going...

- Windows XP Pro SP3
- LabelWriter 400 as supplied out of the box
- Genuine DYMO labels

Printing - print job arives @ printer no output

Sounds like a driver problem. Some printers require eoj (end of job) character & will wait forever.
Do a test print (search internet on how to print status page- usually button press combo). If you get a printout, you know the print engine is good.
If the printer is able to parse text, then try sending an ascii test file & see if anything prints. This will tell you whether it's a comm issue or rendering issue.

Print job stuck in printer que

Try to power off your computer and printer and let it stay for 5 minutes. Then turn on your printer and computer to see if pending print jobs we're cancelled.

If the problem still there, you can kill the spool process running on your taskbar. Press control + alt +delete button to open the task bar and delete the process from the processes tab.

Last page of printing stops 3/4 through the page.

Try cleaning your heads with appropriate solution. Then, cancel all print jobs. Try again. If it does the same i would turn it off, inplug all the cables, replug all and turn on. Try again. If still no good, completely unistall printer then reinstall it. Try once more. Good luck
