Hi sounds like you're TV doesn't cover the frequency's (channels) U r looking for :::::: if U want to get them U will have to get a set top box .most new set top boxes will cover all the frequency's....good luck

u need an AV cord that terminates to an HDMI outlet then u will connect the AV PLUG SIDE the one that looks like the recording video plugs to the DVI links on the back of TV and the HDMI END to the source say a dvd with hdmi interface or set top box THEN TAKE THE tv REMOTE AND SELECT COMPONENT or DVD on tv n u will be good to go HD

I have just bought a TEAC HBD841 which was on discounted sale at a local Electrical Store
Besides not being able to figure out how to connect the device to my elderly TV because the inadequate instruction booklet that is written in a language an Electrical Engineer would have difficulty understanding - does not explain which plugs go where, (try plugging a three plug lead into a 2 plug TV) but since then I have found out that the HDB841 has been withdrawn from sale and is no longer available.
No wonder it was cheap!
I suggest you get rid of it - quick
