Lost disk that came with my Disney Hannah Montana mp3 player and when I plug it in to my computer it will not charge and the computer does not reconize it. Says it is an unknown devise.

Connect the supplied USB cable and then plug it into a powered up computer's USB port.
OR
Connect the MP3 player and USB cable into a 5 volt mains adapter that has a USB connector.

Try resetting, you will need a small pin, but that worked to turn ours back on, except now we have other issues.

Solution, I took a pin and pushed the reset botton next to the jack port. It shut down the player, then I put the power back on and it has been working ever since.....

I don't believe iTunes music is going to work on your Hannah Montanna device. The reason why is because iTunes formatted songs are propriatary and are designed only to work with Apple products.

You can however, if you instert the MP3 player into your computer's USB drive, use the drag and drop feature to add MP3 files to the device. Good luck!

Does it show up in "My Computer" at all when you plug it in?
