Msg light The message "Msg" button is functional yet the other day it quit blinking to alert me of a message's waiting. Is there a reset for this or another remedy? Thanks...

Vista 390-350 - Go through the options menu on your telephone and select the Clear Msg Wtg Light option.

You have no new messages waiting, but your phone says you

take batteries out for 10 minutes

you have to log in to your account at the phone service provider and reset message waiting indicator. If you have a contract company managing your ip phone service, call them, and say you need the message indicator reset.

There is nothing to worry about trying it..,. if you dont' get rid of that message, you can plug that board back in.

You can reset the error msg, but eventually, you will have to change the pads.

How to clear E27 Waste ink absorber full
1.With the printer powered off but connected to a power source,
press the Power button while pressing and holding the Stop/ Reset button.
2. When the Power is lit, press the Stop/Reset button two times
while pressing and holding the Power button.
3. When releasing the Power button and the Stop / Reset button (regardless of order),
the printer will move into a service mode. (Waiting for menu selection)
4. When the on/off lights in green, press the Stop/Reset button the
specified number of time(s) according to the function listed in the table below.
(Each time the Stop/Reset button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in orange
and green, starting with orange.)

Note: press 4 times for waste ink counter reset.

5.Turn off the printer.( it must be turn off) then turn it on again

That is the message waiting indicator, it is telling you that your Call Notes (Or whatever your service provider calls it's voicemail) has a message waiting. If you do not have a message waiting, you can turn the light of by following these steps:

Resetting the voice message waiting indicator
When you receive a new voice mail message, the new message LED on the top of the handset flashes and
appears in the handset display. In the event your message waiting light gets out of sync with your phone company’s
voice messaging system, you can manually reset it back to the “No messages waiting” state.
Press and hold FIND on the base for five seconds.
Note: The handsets connected to the base will start to beep, however, keep pressing for five seconds.
A beep sounds and the message alert tone is reset.

Message waiting can come from several sources. Usually they are stacked at the phone and you can keep pressing message until they are all displayed. Have the person down the hall pick up the phone when you ring it, or look for the message cancel code and get that message off your set. If it clears, that was the only one and you have no voice mail messages.

To manually turn off the message waiting light press your extension button then press #409. Do this step for each message received.

2. Wait approximately ten seconds and then press the <ON/OFF> button again.
   
   
3. Wait until the device has completed its cycling process before submitting another job request.
4. To clear error messages displayed on the LCD or if the printer is not functioning as expected, it may be necessary to simultaneously press Stop/Reset and ON/OFF buttons.
5. With the printer powered on, press and hold down the <Stop/Reset> button then press the ON/OFF button.
   
   
6. Once the printer is powered off, hold down <Stop/Reset> and then press <ON/OFF>.
