A horizontal band of thin green and red vertical lines, about 2" tall, has appeared across the top of the screen. The band alternates between about 15 green lines, then 15 red, then 15 green, etc. When it the TV is first turned on it's not visible, but gradually phases in after about 2 minutes. When the image on that area of the screen is white, the band of lines isn't visible. Any ideas what the problem is, and how much it might cost to repair it? Thanks.
