I've tried installing the software provided by Sony for both capture and controls but neither work with Windows 7 (64-bit). Through Device Manager, the webcam is labeled as 'USB Imaging Device' but not 'Motion-Eye Webcam'. I've uninstalled the drivers, re-started the system, and gone through Windows update several times. When I try to update the drivers manually, it says "Windows has determined that I have the most up-to-date drivers available." When using ArcSoft, it says "Camera isn't connected or it is in use by another application. Close any application that could be using the camera and try connecting it again." The same is said when using Skype.. "Skype cannot connect to the camera because it is in use by another application." This is after a re-boot and Skype is the first application that I run. What would cause this to happen?
